Gas Installer Details ▼
Client Details ▼
Appliance & Flue Type ▼
Identify the appliance and flue type before recording data badge details. The appliance type is used to set the CO/CO₂ ratio action level in the combustion analysis section below.
Appliance Data Badge ▼
Measured Performance ▼
Record the values measured during the service. The tolerance check compares the calculated heat input against the maximum heat input from the Appliance Data Badge above.
Need to calculate the heat input from a measured gas rate? Use the Gas Rate tool from the home menu, then return here to record the result.

Training record only — not a valid Gas Safety record. This Service Record is produced by Easy Gas Learner as part of a recognised Level 3 gas engineering training programme. It is a practice document for use under supervision and assessment. It is not a valid record of a domestic gas appliance service inspection for the purposes of the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998 (as amended). Any official Service Record must be produced and issued by a Gas Safe registered engineer who is competent for the category of work, has carried out the service in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and current standards, and takes full responsibility for the accuracy of every entry. The supervising engineer's signature on this record confirms only that the learner's practical exercise was observed and assessed; it is not a certification of the appliance.
